Gym and Tonic is spearheaded by Shwetha Bhatia who is a Registered Dietician (R. D.) with the Indian Dietetic Association. She specialises in Clinical and Sports Nutrition.

About Shwetha

Shwetha is backed by academic excellence (having topped the University at both the graduation and post graduation level in Dietetics) and practices under her brand name ʻMetamorphosisʼ.

Shwetha is also a fitness athlete, having won Bronze medals at the State and National level bodybuilding championships.

She is also a columnist with the fitness magazine ‘Krunch Today’. Shwetha is also on board with Mobiefit as a nutrition expert.

Shwetha has a spectrum of clients ranging from someone with complex clinical ailments, right upto a marathon runner, across all age groups, including those who reside overseas. By catering to a limted number of people at a time, Shwetha ensures that maximum attention be given to every client till they reach their goal, which in turn, ensures a high success rate.

With an impeccable track record, she has an impressive network of clients – be it professionals, celebrities or organisations, they have all sought her nutrition expertise at some time or the other. Her plans are customized to your lifestyle and for each person a different plan is created – she doesn’t have a ‘template’ style of consulting.
